Visit Site Hosts Tab Definitions
Visit Site Hosts Tab defines the fields and buttons on the Visit Site Hosts tab.

Host Selection Rules | |
Allow All Hosts |
Select this option to allow all existing Hosts from all Partitions to use this Visit Site on the Visit Web Portal. |
Allow All Hosts from Partition <Name> |
Select this option to allow only Hosts from this Visit Site's Partition to use this Visit Site on the Visit Web Portal. Note: If you change the Partition for Hosts to a different Partition, the Visitor Management Web Portal will adjust its editing rules, and it is possible that some Hosts from the previous Partition will no longer have access to this Visit Site. |
Custom Selection List |
Select this option to customize which specific Hosts and/or which Hosts from which Partitions will be able to use this Visit Site on the Visit Web Portal. When you select this option, the Add button and the Custom Selection list on the bottom of the tab become available.
There can be multiple Partitions/Personnel selected, up to a maximum of 100 items each. |
Prompt for Host Name is required on Kiosk |
Select to require visitors to enter the name of the host of their visit when checking in with the C•CURE Visit kiosk. If a visit does not have a host, or you do not want visitors to enter a host name, clear this check box. This option applies to all visits created with this visit site, regardless of other visit configurations. |
Add |
Click to add Partitions or Personnel to the Custom Selection list. |
Remove |
Click to remove the selected Partition or Personnel from the Custom Selection list. |
Name |
Displays the name of the selected Personnel or Partition. |
Object Type |
Displays the object type of the selected item: Partition or Personnel. |
Description |
Display the Description field for the selected Partition only. Personnel do not have a Description field. |
