Revoking an access request
Use Revoke to cancel a previously submitted access request. The types of access requests you can revoke are approved, pending, active and soon to expire. Revoking an active request results in the cancellation of your access clearance. You can only revoke a request that you have created and submitted.
When you use the revoke option, the access request is removed from the approver's list of access requests. You can only revoke access requests that you have created.
- From the access request list, select an access request that you want to revoke.
- Right-click to open the context menu and click Revoke or open the request and click the Revoke Request button. The Revoke Request dialog box displays.
- In the Comment field, type a comment to associate with the revoked request.
- Click Revoke.
