Performing a visit quick search

You can perform a quick search of visits by using the Visit Quick Search in the Personnel pane.

You can scan a Visitor’s passport or driving license to search visits. This option is available if you have configured the ID Scanner hardware. For more information about configuring and using the ID Scanner to perform a record search, refer to the C•CURE 9000 C•CURE ID User Guide.

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Personnel.
  2. From the Personnel pane list, select Visit.
  3. You can enter full or partial names for visits, Visitors and Hosts, and you can select to include or exclude Visit Templates in the search.
  4. To search for visits based on the date of their occurrence, use the Visits Occurring list.
  5. Click the Go Search icon to display a dynamic view of the visits that match your criteria.
