Visits

  • Hosts using the Web Portal can see and modify the visits that they created or they are a Host for.
  • Hosts can modify visit UDFs that are selected for the Visit Site that the visit belongs to.
  • A Host who created a visit from the Web Portal can view and modify that visit, even if they are not currently a Host of that visit.

Example:

A Host creates a visit, adds another Host and several Visitors. Later, the Host realizes they cannot Host the visit, so they remove themself as Host. They can still view and edit the visit.

Note: The Host can change the Visit Site of a visit from one site to another, but cannot make blank selection. Only C•CURE 9000 operators can create visits that are not assigned to any Visit Site, but this scenario is not recommended.
