Configuring Visitor setup for a Visit Site

  1. Open the Visit Site Editor General tab.
  2. In the Default Visitor Partition field, click select-button.png to choose a system partition that the new Visitors is created in. This is not a mandatory field. If you do not select a partition, the Visitors are created in the Visit Site's partition.
  3. To choose a personnel template that is used to create the new Visitors, in the Visitor Template field, click the Menu icon. Only templates with the Visitor personnel type can be selected. This field is not mandatory.

Alternatively, you can create a new Visitor Template from the Name Selection form by clicking the drop-arrow on create-Visitor.png and choosing template from the context menu.

  4. To add a Visit Template with its particular assigned clearances to this visit site, in the Visit Templates list, click Add.
