Visitor Management Application Actions

The following actions can be completed by a Host in the Visitor Management Application:

• Create Visits that include the Visitors and Hosts, and details about the visit - Creating a new Visit from the Web Portal.
• Add instructions for the visit and attach documents pertinent to the visit - Attaching documents to a Visit.
• Search for existing visits - Search for Visit.
• Edit existing visits - Editing a Visit.
• Create new Visitor records and add Visitors to visits - Creating a new Visitor and Add a Visitor.
• Delete an existing visit - Deleting a Visit.
• email Visitors and Hosts the details about the visit - Email a Visit to All Visitors and Hosts.
