Visit Template

A Visit Template acts as a model for a Visit. A Visit Template is defined in the C•CURE 9000 Administration Workstation. It defines:

• The Start Time and End Time for the Visit. This is used as the default duration for Visits created from the template.
• The potential list of Visitors.
• The potential list of Hosts.
• The Visit Instructions for a Visit that uses the template.
• The clearances associated with the Visit that uses the template, defines the access that Visitors have after they are checked in.
• The documents attached to the Visit that uses the template. These attachments are sent to the Visitors by email.
• Additional custom information about the visit with pre-configured Visit User-defined fields.
