Field/Button Description

Visit Status

 This text displays the status of the Visitors, based on the planned dates of the visit and if any Visitors have checked in or out.
  • Visit Planned - The visit is configured but no Visitors have checked in.
  • Visit In Progress - One or more Visitors have checked in.
  • Visit Ended - All Visitors have checked out.

Check In button

Click to check in the selected Visitor. See The Check In Visitors screen for more information.

Check Out button

Click to check out the selected Visitor. See The Check Out Visitors screen for more information.

Print Label button

Click to print the Visitor label for the selected checked in Visitor.

Name

The full name of the Visitor.

Check In Time

Displays the time and date that the Visitor was checked in.

Check Out Time

Displays the time and date that the Visitor was checked out.

Badge Status
Displays if a temporary credential has been issued to the Visitor. Possible values are:
  • Not Issued - A temporary credential has not been issued.
  • Assigned – A badge has been assigned but is not yet or no longer activated.
  • Activated – A badge has been assigned and is active, but has not expired..
  • Returned – A badge was assigned and has been returned.
