What Can I Do?

  • You can click a Visit in the list to view or edit the Visit Details.

  • Change the Calendar view (day, week, month).

  • Click on a Visit shown on the Calendar to view or edit the Visit Details.

  • Click the Create Template button to create a template for inputting Visitor data in bulk.

  • Click the Add New button to create a new visit.

  • Click a Day cell on the Monthly Calendar to display a list of visits that are scheduled for that day.

  • If a day contains any Visits, the Calendar cell in the Month layout shows a bullet icon for each visit. Hover over each bullet to view the visit name, or click the bullet to view or edit the visit. Right-click a bullet to access that visit's context menu.

  • If a day contains more than ten visits, click Show All to display the full list of visits.

Note: The selected Visit Site must have the Email Address Visitor field set to Is Mandatory for the Create Template button to be available.
