Clearances

Clearances configured in C•CURE 9000 can be assigned to an Access Request Site to make them available to Requesters to submit Access Requests. When configuring a clearance, an administrator can specify:

• If the clearance is an expiring clearance for each person, then expiration of the clearance assignment is determined by the individual’s start and end date stated in the access request.
• The approval rule that applies to the request. Any clearance can be added to a request, with the exception of clearances with the No Approval Needed rule.
