Access Request Site - Personnel tab

Use the Personnel tab to specify if the Requester can request access for additional Personnel in the Access Request Site in the Access Management Portal.

Personnel Selection Rules

Select Allow Requester Only to disable the option to add additional personnel to an Access Request in the Access Requester Portal.

Select Allow Any Personnel in System to permit the Requester to select all personnel from all partitions when adding additional personnel to a request in the Access Requester Portal

Allow All Requesters from Partition <Name> to permit the Requester to select personnel from the Access Request Site partition when adding additional personnel to a request in the Access Requester Portal.

Select Custom Selection List to customize a list of personnel available to Requesters when adding additional personnel to a request in the Access Requester Portal.

You can create a custom list with personnel or partition, or a combination of both. Enables Add/Remove buttons.

Add

Select this button to add one or more personnel or partitions to the custom selection list.

Remove

Select to a remove a row from the Custom Selection List table.

To select multiple rows for removal, hold down SHIFT or CTRL.
