Assigning Requesters to an Access Request Site

Use the Requesters tab to assign the Requesters that can use the Access Request Site in the Access Requester Portal.

Only personnel whose record has Can Submit Requests enabled can be assigned as a Requester.

  1. In the Access Request Site editor, on the Requesters tab.
  2. In the Requester Selection Rules table, select one of the following options:
    • Allow All Requesters from this Server to permit all Requesters configured in C•CURE 9000 to submit requests in the Access Request Site in the Access Requester Portal.
    • Allow All Requesters from Partition <Name> to permit only Requester's from the Access Request Site partition to submit requests in the Access Request Site in the Access Requester Portal.
    • Custom Selection List to customize which Requesters can submit requests in the Access Request Site in the Access Requester Portal. See Creating a custom list of Requesters.
  3. Choose between the following options:
    • Click Save and Close.
    • To save the Requester settings and create a new Access Request Site, click Save and New.
    • To create a copy of the current Access Request Site with its Requester settings, click Create Copy.
