Creating a Check-in Site template

You can also create a Check-in Site template , and use the template as the basis of new Check-in Sites by saving the settings you want your Check-in Sites to have in common. In a template, you can fill in field values with the same values for all Check-in Sites, and then use the template when you are creating new Check-in Sites. This is subject to the settings that C•CURE 9000 allows you to save in a template.

  1. In the Navigation pane of the Administration Workstation, click C•CURE Portal to open the C•CURE Portal pane.
  2. Select Check-in Site from the drop-down list in the C•CURE Portal pane.
  3. Click the down-arrow on the New button and click Template. The Check-in Site editor opens, and you can configure the Check-in Site.
  4. In the Check-in Site editor, configure values for all fields to become part of the template. This is subject to the settings that C•CURE 9000 allows you to save in a template. When you subsequently create a new Check-in Site from the template, these field values are already filled in.
  5. Click Save and Close.
