This enables identification by name when scheduled Visitors use the Check-in Portal to check-in to the Visit Site.

The Name check box is selected by default. If you clear this option, the Email check box automatically selects. This ensures that at least one form of Visitor identification applies to all Check-in Sites.

Data Collection Options

Take Visitor’s Portrait

If you enable this option, the C•CURE Kiosk requests the Visitor to take a portrait photo during registration.

The C•CURE Kiosk device takes a photo through the C•CURE Kiosk application. A photo is taken if the Visitor record is created at the time of the registration at the C•CURE Kiosk, or does not have a primary portrait specified.

Allow Self Check-in at Kiosk

If you enable this option, Visitors can use the C•CURE Kiosk to check-in when they have finished registering for a visit.

Example:

If the physical location of your Visit Site has no receptionist , you can select this option so that Visitors are automatically checked-in and that the Host is notified.

Accept Unregistered Visitors

Enable this option for the C•CURE Kiosk to accept check-in for:

  • Visitors with no Visitor or visit record in the system. C•CURE Kiosk creates a new visit and Visitor record for that Visitor.

  • Visitors with a Visitor record in the system, but no visit scheduled. C•CURE Kiosk creates a new visit record for that Visitor.

Visit records are created at the time the unregistered Visitor checks in with the C•CURE Kiosk.

If you enable this option, visit and Visitor records are created in the C•CURE 9000 database in the partition associated with partition of the Visit Site associated with the visit.

Allow Self Check-out at Kiosk

If you enable this option, Visitors can use the C•CURE Kiosk to check-out when they are leaving a visit.

Require Exact Match for Host Email

If you enable this option, the Visitor needs to enter the exact email address of the Host for their visit in order to find the Host.

Number of Invalid Search Attempts

Enter the number of times a Visitor can incorrectly search for their Host before the Kiosk locks.

Kiosk Lockout Time (min)

Enter the number of minutes the Kiosk locks for after the specified number of times the Visitor incorrectly searches for their Host.

Require accepting the agreement (NDA or similar document)

Click the Menu icon to select a document that the Visitor has to accept at the Kiosk to register. Use DELETE or BACKSPACE buttons to remove the selected document.

If a document is selected, the C•CURE Kiosk application shows this document for each Visitor that uses the C•CURE Kiosk device. The Visitor must acknowledge acceptance of the document by selecting a check box on the screen.
