Access Request States
The state of an Access Request is indicated by an state icon. The following table describes the Access Request state icons.
| Access request state | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | The Access Request has been saved as a draft. Draft Access Requests can be edited by the Requester. |
| Pending | The Access Request has been submitted and is pending approval from an Approver. |
| Approved | The Access Request has been approved by an Approver. |
| Active | The Access Request has been approved by an Approver and the Requester currently has access to the clearance. |
| Soon to Expire | The Access Request is due to expire soon. |
| Expired | The Access Request has expired before bring approved by an Approver. |
| Rejected | The Access Request has been rejected by the Approver. |
| Revoked | The Access Request has been revoked. |
