Changing the Visit Web Portal password

You can change your password if you are accessing the Web Portal using basic authentication.

If you are using Windows Authentication, you need to contact your Windows Administrator to change a password.

  1. To change your password to the Visit Web Portal, click Change Password on the main screen.
  2. In the Change Password dialog box, in the Old Password field, type your old password.
  3. In the New Password field, type your new password.
  4. In the Confirm Password field, type your new password again.
  5. Click the check mark icon to save your new password.
