Visitor Management in an Enterprise environment
Visits are local-only objects, they can only be created on a standalone server. In an Enterprise system, a visit can have Hosts and Visitors from any partition visible on the SAS that it belongs to. Users with restricted access to some partitions might not be able to see Hosts and Visitors from those partitions.
The Visit Site object is a local object. In an Enterprise system, a Visit Site can have Hosts, Visit Templates, Visitor Templates, and personnel fields from any partition visible on the SAS that owns it.
The Windows Principal field in the personnel record must be unique across the Enterprise, it is possible to have conflicts. For example, two local SAS personnel on different SASes are both configured to have the same Windows Principal. If that happens, only one of these personnel records replicates to the MAS, and the second personnel record to attempt replication fails with a replication conflict.
For more information, refer to the Synchronization Conflicts section in the C•CURE 9000 Enterprise Architecture Guide .
